Cyprus Constructions runs installment plans across 10 active projects in EUR — entry resort homes at €149,800 alongside Edremit villas at €1.45M. Plans vary per buyer; templates vary per project; currencies vary per buyer. None of that lives in a spreadsheet.

Finance opens the pending queue on Monday morning. They see what cleared, what didn’t, what’s overdue by more than 30 days, and what’s coming due this week. The queue is sorted by amount or by buyer or by project — whichever the lead has set as their default view.

A nudge goes out automatically on day 31 of overdue. A reconciliation entry pairs every cleared payment to its installment row in real time. By the end of the morning the finance lead has confirmed the week and moved to the project they wanted to think about.

  • 01Can we run plans in different currencies for the same project?

    Yes. A project hosts buyers paying in EUR, GBP, USD and others simultaneously. The portal renders the buyer’s currency end to end; finance sees the consolidated picture in the organisation’s reporting currency.

  • 02What happens when a buyer asks to renegotiate a plan mid-term?

    A new plan version is attached to the reservation with explicit acceptance from both sides; the prior version is preserved in the audit log. Finance sees both timelines.

  • 03How are payments reconciled to the right installment row?

    Bank import + auto-match against the open installments, with a manual confirmation step for anything ambiguous. Most clearings pair within the same banking day.

  • 04Do we get separate reporting per project, or only at the organisation level?

    Both. Cohort dashboards are per project, per currency, per buyer segment. The organisation-level rollup is a separate view that aggregates the lot.
