White-label by the developer
The portal wears the developer’s logo, colour palette, project photography, and custom domain. Buyers see the developer, not us.
Feature · Client portal
Documents, payment plans, milestones, next steps, signatures — every buyer-facing surface lives under the developer’s brand, in the buyer’s language. The team stops chasing updates; the buyer stops asking for them.

Documents, payments, status — all in the portal
The portal wears the developer’s logo, colour palette, project photography, and custom domain. Buyers see the developer, not us.
A document room scoped to the buyer’s reservation. No accidental access to other deals; no expiring Drive links; no version confusion.
Reservation contracts, deposit terms, and addenda are signed inside the portal — no bouncing to DocuSign, no PDF round-trips.

What the buyer actually sees
Cyprus Constructions runs five live branded buyer portals — Bahamas Homes, Hawaii Homes, Edremit Villas, the Phuket Health & Wellness Resort, and Aloha Beach Resort. Each one carries the project’s own photography, its own typography, and the developer’s own name on the browser tab.
A buyer in London opens the Bahamas Homes portal and sees their reservation’s current status, their payment plan in pounds, the floorplan of unit 17, the contractor’s milestone schedule, and the next document they’re expected to sign. They don’t hunt through six emails to find any of it.
When the developer updates the construction-progress photo at the end of the month, every invited buyer sees it the next morning. When a payment lands, the portal acknowledges it the same day. The team stops being the routing layer.

What teams actually get
Inside the feature
Each card maps to a live surface in the workspace. The names below are the names the product team uses internally.
Per-project portals with the developer’s domain, brand, and project photography. Built once, themed per project.
E-signature flow inside the portal for reservation contracts, addenda, and deposit terms. No third-party signing redirects.
Geographic project browser with real coordinates per project — buyers explore the portfolio the way they’d explore on a map app.
“I’ve sold North Cyprus property since the year 2000. The hardest part was never the buyer — it was making sure five people inside our own team were looking at the same unit at the same time. 4invest is the first system that gave us that.”
Questions teams ask
The questions we hear in the demo. If yours isn’t here, the demo itself is the fastest way to get a direct answer.
Yes, on Corporate and Private plans. The portal lives at the developer’s subdomain (portal.your-brand.com or similar) with a managed SSL certificate. Buyers never see our brand in the URL bar.
Each invited buyer’s language is set on the deal record; the portal renders in that language end to end — including currency symbols, date formats, and RTL layout where required.
Document rooms are scoped per reservation. There is no buyer-to-buyer document visibility; the architecture enforces it, not a permission flag someone can flip by mistake.
Investor access is its own surface with portfolio-level views — multiple commitments, aggregated milestones, document rooms scoped per project. Retail buyers see only their own reservation.

Installments
Build, template, and run installment plans across hundreds of buyers — with a pending queue finance actually opens, overdue alerts that mean something, and analytics that show the cohort shape before the month closes.

One project record carries the geo-pin, the floorplans, the photography, the amenities, the public-listing copy, and the broadcast that announces a new phase. No duplication, no drift, no second source of truth.
