What organizations agree not to do on the platform.

The platform may not be used to facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, market manipulation, or any other illegal activity. Listings, payment plans, and document rooms must reflect real transactions in real properties.

Property details, ownership, availability, payment terms, and project documents posted in 4invest must be accurate to the best knowledge of the posting team. Buyer information must reflect the actual purchaser or a properly authorized representative.

The client portal and messaging features must not be used to harass, threaten, or coerce clients, including high-pressure follow-up after a clear withdrawal of interest. Organizations are responsible for their sales team's conduct on the platform.

Penetration testing, fuzzing, or scanning the platform is prohibited without prior written agreement. Responsible-disclosure reports are welcome at security@4invest.co.

The platform is licensed for the customer's internal real-estate operations. Reselling access, re-hosting features as a third-party SaaS, or sharing accounts with organizations outside the Order Form is not allowed.

We do not host content that is sexually explicit, hateful, defamatory, infringing on third-party rights, or that promotes violence. Listings or messages containing such content will be removed.

Violations may result in a warning, suspension of affected accounts, or termination of the subscription, depending on severity and pattern. In urgent cases we may suspend access first and discuss after; we will explain the reason in writing within one business day.
