Corporate launches include a 6-week guided implementation. No hidden setup fee.

A Bespoke implementation on Private deployments is scoped at signature and quoted as a one-time fee — typically the equivalent of two to four months of the subscription. We publish the scope, the team allocated, and the milestones before any work starts.

  • 01Is the per-seat price the only cost?

    Plan price plus selected add-ons makes up the recurring fee. Corporate and Private plans include implementation. Launch plans use a self-serve workspace and there is no separate setup fee. VAT, sales tax, GST, or equivalents are added at checkout based on the billing country.

  • 02How does the annual discount work?

    Annual billing locks the per-seat price for the term and applies a ~20% discount on Launch. Corporate and Private plans negotiate term length, payment schedule, and ramp at signature.

  • 03Do you offer volume discounts?

    Yes. Corporate pricing scales down on a tiered curve starting at 25 seats. Cross-region deployments and multi-entity organizations have a separate discount line that we apply once scope is confirmed.

  • 04What if our team is spread across regions and currencies?

    Each Order Form runs in one billing currency, but workspaces inside the organization can host data in different regions. Invoicing in a second currency is available on Private packages.

  • 05What happens if we need to downgrade?

    Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so the team isn't surprised mid-term. We never paywall data access during transitions; the export window described in our Terms still applies.

  • 06Are there any hidden costs at scale?

    No usage-based surprise charges. We publish add-on percentages openly and review pricing quarterly. If a usage pattern (for example, exceptional document storage) crosses a threshold, your CSM raises it well before it appears on the invoice.
