4invest by AgencyX exists because real-estate teams shouldn't lose deals to scattered work. We build the operating layer property developers, agencies, investment teams, and finance teams use to keep every deal moving — from the first WhatsApp message to the signed reservation.
The origin
Built from inside the work, not from a slide deck.
4invest started as an internal workspace for a real-estate developer running ten active projects across North Cyprus. Sales lived in WhatsApp, reservations lived in spreadsheets, payment plans lived in PDFs, and the manager who needed to see all three at once had to ask three people. Deals were being lost in the gaps.
The first version of 4invest replaced those gaps with a single shared deal record. Sales, finance, and leadership stopped asking each other for status because the status was in the same place every time. Reservation paperwork stopped getting lost because the document room was scoped to the deal, not the inbox.
Now the same operating layer runs at three developers in Cyprus and Türkiye, with four more in pilot launch. Each one runs the same five surfaces — sales, client portal, finance control, leadership oversight, and multi-org trust — against their own deal flow. We don't pretend it's magic; we just made the work visible.
What guides the product

Every inquiry, qualification, offer, approval, reservation, and payment lives in one shared record. That single source of truth is the difference between a team and a group of people with spreadsheets.

Honesty over claims
We don't pre-claim certifications, invent customer logos, or hide pilot data behind a glossy stat block. If something is in progress, it stays out of marketing until it ships.

Regional by default
Real-estate operations are regional, document-heavy, and relationship-driven. We respect that — 8 launch languages, 6 currencies, jurisdiction-specific document templates.
