01 · The challenge

New developer, two simultaneous launches, no muscle memory yet.

Most developers find their operating discipline the hard way — they launch a project, lose a few buyers to manual handoff errors, and reorganise after the fact. Prime Cyprus Group decided to start the other way around.

With Prime Premium and Prime Resort both heading toward December 2027 delivery, the team needed to decide where the buyer record would live, who would approve what, how the deposit chain would be tracked, and how the document room would be scoped — before the first public inquiry arrived.

02 · The turning point

A single workspace adopted before the first buyer was contacted.

Both projects went into the workspace in the same week — same lead taxonomy, same approval chain, same payment-plan currency. The launch playbook was set before there was anything to launch against.

When the public site goes live, the operating layer behind it will be the same one that handled the very first internal inquiry.

03 · The outcome

A pilot organisation that will scale without rewriting itself.

Prime Cyprus is at the beginning of its 4invest journey. Two projects, two seats, public launch ahead. But the foundation is in place: every reservation will land against an inventory record, every document will sit in a scoped room, every approval will leave a trail.

We knew we would scale. We did not want to spend the first year cleaning up the records of the second year.
