CTS stood up a parallel North Cyprus workspace without duplicating a single buyer record.

CTS — Ceyhun Tunalı & Sons — is a Cyprus developer that operates parallel to Cyprus Constructions. The two brands share a Director, share an operational culture, share a geography. They do not share buyer pipelines, units, or finance.

Most CRM tools force you to pick: one tenant with messy tagging, or two completely separate logins with no shared infrastructure. Neither was acceptable. Martin Masterumbe — Director of operations at Cyprus Constructions, and the person who would also administer CTS — needed one identity, two organisations, zero leakage.

CTS was created as a separate workspace inside 4invest, with its own buyers, projects, currencies, document room, and audit trail. Martin signed in once and switched between the two organisations the way a finance lead switches between fiscal years.

Carob Hill — CTS’s flagship at Tatlısu, Gazimağusa District, completing December 2026 — was the first project to land in the new workspace. Geo-coordinates, hero photography, starting price (€140,000), completion date, status: all in place inside the first sprint.

CTS is early in its 4invest journey — one active project, two seats — but the bones are correct. The same approval chain, the same reservation flow, the same lead-source taxonomy as the sister organisation, with none of the data crossover.

When the next CTS project launches, the team will not have to re-learn how to onboard it. The launch playbook is identical.
