The problem

Property deals break down when the work lives in five places.

Real-estate teams don't lose time because one tool is missing. They lose time because the deal is split across WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets, inboxes, PDFs, and disconnected approval steps.

  • 01

    Sales loses deal context

Lead notes, client conversations, offers, and next steps get scattered across messages and spreadsheets.

  • 02

    Finance chases updates

Payment status, reservation details, and document readiness are hard to confirm without asking multiple people.

  • 03

    Approvals slow down

Managers approve from inboxes and chats, leaving no clean audit trail.

  • 04

    Clients keep asking

Buyers and investors need updates, documents, and payment visibility — but the team has to manually respond.

The promise

One workspace. One deal record. One clear next step.

4invest gives every property deal a home — from first inquiry to reservation, approval, document sharing, payment visibility, and client communication.

  1. 01

    Clearer deal ownership

Every inquiry, offer, reservation, and approval has a visible owner and status.

  2. 02

    Fewer internal handoffs

Sales, finance, and management work from the same deal record instead of rebuilding context.

  3. 03

    Better client confidence

Clients can see documents, next steps, payment plans, and progress without repeatedly asking for updates.

  4. 04

    Leadership visibility

Managers can see active units, reserved deals, approval time, and team progress without chasing reports.

What this means for your team

Three teams. One workspace. Three problems that stop being your problem.

  • For the sales team

Stop forwarding WhatsApp chains every time a manager asks for context.

Every lead carries its source, owner, qualification, and next step inside the same record.

  • For the finance team

Stop chasing sales for the reservation status before you can reconcile.

Payment plans and reservation milestones land in the finance view the moment they happen.

  • For leadership

Stop waiting for a weekly report to know how the pipeline is moving.

Active units, reservations, approval time, and team load are visible without anyone preparing a slide.

Built around teams

Built around how real-estate teams actually work.

Different teams need different views of the same deal. 4invest keeps the record shared, while each team sees what they need to move work forward.

Why teams change tools

Spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and PDFs weren’t built to manage serious property deal flow.

4invest gives each deal a structured home, so teams can stop rebuilding context across disconnected tools.

Workflow
Spreadsheets · WhatsApp · PDF
4invest workspace
Lead capture
Website forms email a shared inbox; WhatsApp threads scatter across phones.
Every channel feeds the same workspace, assigned to a real owner inside an hour.
Deal handoff
Sales forwards an email chain to the manager; context is rebuilt every time.
The deal record carries inquiry, qualification, offer, and approval history in one view.
Approvals
Manager screenshots a PDF, replies on WhatsApp, the agent can’t prove it later.
Approval gates with named approvers; the audit trail is part of the deal record.
Document sharing
Drive links by email, version names like final_v4_REAL.pdf, expiring tokens.
Document room scoped to the reservation; clients see only what they should.
Client visibility
Buyer asks for an update; the team checks four tools and writes a long reply.
Buyer opens the portal and sees status, payments, and next steps without asking.
Finance reconciliation
Finance chases sales for confirmations; commitments aren’t visible until billing.
Reservations and installment milestones are visible to finance the day they happen.

Implementation

From scoping call to live launch, in six weeks.

Real-estate teams need predictable timelines. We agree the plan before any work starts and stay close through the first live week.

    Scoping call

Single 45-minute call to map your team, markets, and current tools. We agree the launch shape before anyone signs.

  2. Week 1

    Workspace setup

Your organization, brand, hosting region, and core roles are configured. Sales workspace ready for first walkthrough.

  3. Week 2

    Data migration

Projects, units, clients, and active deals imported from CSV or existing CRM. We run a small audit so nothing is lost.

  4. Week 3

    Workflow mapping

Approval gates, document rooms, payment plans, and team permissions tuned to how the organization actually works.

  5. Week 4

    Team enablement

Sales, finance, and management onboarded in role-based sessions. Client portal previewed before any buyer sees it.

  6. Week 5–6

    Launch review

First live week with daily check-ins. Adjustments land before scaling to additional projects, regions, or teams.

Onboarding is included on Corporate and Private packages. Launch packages move on the same schedule with lighter scope.

Common questions

What teams ask before signing on.

If a question isn’t covered here, the demo call is the fastest way to get a direct answer.

  • 01How long does onboarding usually take?

Most teams are live on the core sales workspace within 7–10 working days. Adding client portal, finance visibility, or private deployment adds time depending on scope; we agree the plan before any work starts.

  • 02Can we migrate from our current CRM or spreadsheets?

Yes. We support CSV import for clients, projects, and units, and bespoke migrations from common regional CRMs. We start with a small data audit so nothing is lost during the move.

  • 03What languages and currencies are supported at launch?

Interface in English and Arabic at launch, with Turkish, Russian, Greek, and French following. Pricing displays in EUR, USD, AED, GBP, SAR, QAR, KWD, and BHD with per-organization defaults.

  • 04Where is our data hosted, and how is access controlled?

Workspaces are isolated by organization with role-based permissions, and the hosting region can be selected per organization for EU or GCC residency. Audit-log export and per-workspace data segregation are available on every tier; certification progress, when applicable, is published openly on status.4invest.co rather than pre-claimed in marketing copy.

  • 05Can the client portal be white-labeled?

Yes, on the Corporate and Private packages. You can apply your brand mark, accent color, and custom domain to the portal that clients see — without affecting the internal workspace.

  • 06Do you replace our website or work alongside it?

Alongside. Inquiries from your existing website, WhatsApp Business, and social profiles flow into 4invest. The client-facing portal is a separate, post-reservation experience.

  • 07Can roles and approvals be customized?

Yes. Roles are configurable per organization — sales, finance, manager, director, observer — with approval routes that match how your team actually signs off on reservations and discounts.

  • 08Do sales and finance teams use the same workspace?

Yes — the deal record is shared. Each team sees the view it needs (sales pipeline, finance ledger, leadership dashboard) but the underlying record, history, and audit trail are the same.

  • 09What happens after the demo?

If there's a fit, we share a scoped 6-week implementation plan covering workspace setup, data migration, workflow mapping, and team enablement. The plan is agreed before any work starts.
